A Sunday Menu series

I am starting a new series where I share what I make on Sunday evenings when we are home. 2 weekends a month perhaps? I also occasionally will collapse after a raging weekend with kids and just order pizza.

Here is a messy recap of what I made last Sunday evening. My usual approach is to go roast heavy for the dishes and a salad on the side for an easier clean up.
